Tracy is a partner and leads the European immigration team. She advises commercial entities and individuals in relation to UK immigration and global mobility. With more than 20 years’ experience, she's a recognised expert in UK immigration and is well known for advising HNW individuals and those in the public eye. Her practice includes advising high profile individuals in media and entertainment, and businesses across almost every sector, often at very short notice, on visa issues and cross border interests. Tracy operates at the heart of UK immigration policy, working closely with the UK Home Office to ensure she can best serve the needs of clients. She often works on sponsorship applications and assists sponsors with investigations for immigration compliance, including, hands-on preparation for immigration audits and maximizing the use of fast track facilities to expedite applications. Tracy has been extensively involved in the immigration implications of the UK post-Brexit. She provides bespoke solutions to clients and their families and family offices for residency, travel, and citizenship issues.
