Experienced in matters involving all types of fraud, bribery and corruption, FCA investigations (insider dealing and market abuse), cartels and price fixing, money laundering, and trading standards. Also specialises in judicial review of the actions of investigators.

Has particular expertise in relation to investigations by HMRC, especially with regard to issues of tax avoidance and evasion, often involving the Contractual Disclosure Facility (CDF) and HMRC’s Fraud Investigation Service and COP9 teams.
