Tim deals in all types of licensing work across England, Wales and Scotland. His recent work includes acting for a number of multinational hotel chains securing licences in city centres with cumulative impact zones, along with multiple million pound developments around airports. Tim recently acted in successfully obtaining a significant variation to an existing tourist attraction premises licence in the well known Cumulative Impact Area of Brighton, the complexity of which was heightened by the novel nature of the style of operation.

He continues to handle many contentious and difficult reviews at premises, where his thorough preparation pays dividends on the results achieved on behalf of his clients. He regularly chairs debates and presents to both operators and those who regulate and enforce the licensing regime.
