I have several years' experience of a wide variety of family law issues. I particularly specialise in advising and supporting clients in relation to the financial implications of their relationship breakdown. I am able to offer clients detailed advice about their legal entitlements involved with the division of matrimonial property, pensions, and the family income for themselves and for any children. My role includes guiding clients through the divorce process and the various Court hearings that may arise if their case is litigated. As I am a qualified Solicitor-Advocate, I quite often undertake the advocacy for those hearings myself to ensure continuity for the clients. My role also includes advising on disputes that arise between separated parents about arrangements for their children.
