Tom is a Managing Associate in the Lewis Silkin Real Estate and Development team.

Tom is experienced in acting for a diverse range of clients including institutional investors, large corporate and other private and public sector clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including commercial acquisitions and disposals, asset management, property development work, real estate finance, corporate support and all nature of landlord and tenant work.

Tom strives to give clients clear, creative, and commercial advice to help them achieve their goals in a cost-effective and efficient manner in line with their business needs. Tom is experienced in acting for clients in all real estate matters arising through the life cycle of their assets and work closely with my colleagues to ensure all of my client’s legal requirements in other legal sectors can be catered for.
