Practicing family law for over 20 years Selena has a broad range of practical experience and expertise in all family matters where people have separated either following the breakdown of marriage or following a cohabitation breakdown.

She advises on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements, and domestic violence, having worked on cases with significant and complex assets, business assets, trusts and pensions.

Often instructed in private children matters, Selena has advised on disputes regarding child arrangements, school choice, or risk of removal from the jurisdiction, as well as international and internal relocation cases. She is used to dealing with cases where there are allegations of abuse, coercive control, parental alienation, and narcissistic traits. She has a particular interest in acting for grandparents and Special Guardianship Orders.
