Career

Robert continues to lead large teams on the most important and reputationally sensitive matters. He is experienced in handling all types of employment related litigation, including substantial High Court claims in relation to team moves and injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants.

He has handled the defence of numerous Employment Tribunal claims of all kinds, with a particular emphasis on complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases.

Rob has extensive experience of advising clients on the full range of employment issues including advising on large scale complex business reorganisations and redundancies. Robert also frequently advises on the handling of sensitive internal grievances, whistleblowing investigations and disciplinaries.
