Richard Evans works in Clifford Chance’s Global Asset Finance Group. He acts for borrowers and financiers on a wide range of asset finance transactions, specializing in aviation. His experience covers a wide range of financing structures, including full and limited recourse operating lease financings, direct airline financings, Japanese, French and Spanish tax lease structures, PDP financings, unsecured term loans and structured capital market transactions, as well as leasing and sale transactions.

Richard is currently located in London but previously worked for two years in Clifford Chance’s Singapore office, as well as spending a year on secondment at GECAS.
