Paul is a partner in Deloitte Legal’s Commercial & Technology group and is the lead partner for the sourcing legal advisory practice within Deloitte Legal. He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on technology and sourcing transactions. These include a broad range IT and business process outsourcings, cloud contracts, transformation projects and large-scale systems implementations.

Paul also advises on contracting arrangements at all levels of the supply chain, including manufacturing, collaboration, supply, distribution and agency agreements.

Paul’s client base includes both suppliers and customers in a range of sectors including financial services, consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, technology engineering and professional services.
