Martin has over 15 years’ experience advising UK and overseas clients on the resolution of their commercial problems. His work includes advising on large and complex contractual disputes, claims arising from business or asset sale agreements, professional negligence claims and shareholder disputes. Martin has advised a wide range of commercial clients, from multi-nationals to SMEs, in sectors which include: automotive, telecommunications, oil & gas, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, investment, health and fitness.

Martin's litigation work is primarily in the Business and Property Courts.
