Martin is a partner in Freshfields’ corporate finance team in London. He advises borrowers and lenders on complex multi-jurisdictional loan transactions, including acquisition and bridging finance, IPO and other event driven facilities, ESG linked and green loan facilities and general corporate financings. Martin’s recent work includes numerous syndicated and bilateral corporate financings for clients such as AstraZeneca, BT, Carnival Corporation, Compass Group, Croda International, Currys, DMGT, Flutter Entertainment, Fuller’s, Grainger, Hastings Insurance, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kingfisher, London Stock Exchange Group, RELX, Saga Group, SES, SSP Group, The Rank Group and Tesco.
