Mark is Managing Director of the litigation services and dispute resolution business unit, responsible for growing and developing the litigation and restructuring teams across Shakespeare Martineau.

Mark takes a particular interest in the development of more efficient and inclusive ways of working, including the use of technology and innovative solutions to process challenges. He also plays a key role in team building and helping mentor talent across the firm.

He has more than 30 years’ experience to complex commercial disputes, search-and-seize and freezing injunctions and international arbitration. A committed advocate and practitioner of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, Mark is known for his clarity of thinking and working hard and in innovative ways for his clients to achieve the desired results.
