Julia is a Consultant with Trethowans, assisting the Licensing Team. Julia specialises primarily in advising clients and drafting and making applications and appeals under the Licensing Act 2003, and assisting with enforcement issues.

Julia has had considerable experience of appearing on behalf of clients before Licensing sub-committees across the country, and appeals through to High Court challenges. Clients include applicants, appellants and objectors.
