His practice covers structuring and drafting tailored partnership and employment documentation (such as partnership agreements, deeds of admission, employment contracts, incentive and deferral plans, policies and procedures) and advising on SMCR and Remuneration Code related matters. He also regularly advises on partnership and employment disputes (such as disciplinary and grievance processes, dismissals, unlawful discrimination and whistleblowing claims, disputed member removals, bonus and remuneration disputes, and enforcement of confidentiality and non-competition obligations).
