Career

James joined Birketts in 2002, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2004. He is a Partner in our Property Litigation Team.

James deals with a wide range of property related disputes and is an expert Litigator. Most of his practice focuses on rights to light and telecoms, where he specialises in advising developers on major projects and is well known and respected within the industry.

James has a diverse client base, acting for local authorities, universities, developers, police and fire authorities and private individuals.

James is supported by a team of Solicitors dealing with property litigation claims and we boast one of the largest teams of this nature outside of London.
