Frank specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency and bank recovery. Frank acts for a wide client base including Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, creditors and lenders, directors, partners, and private individuals.
Frank is a committee member of the Eastern Region of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, Chairman of Insolvency Network UK, and has authored a number of books in the insolvency field, the most recent being the 4th edition of Personal Insolvency which was published by Thomson Reuters/Sweet & Maxwell. Recently Frank has advised Oyez on the re-drafting of all their insolvency forms following the coming into force of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.
Frank has been involved in a number of significant cases, including Minmar (929) Limited v Khalastchi & Others which came before the Chancellor of the High Court and caused significant controversy on the validity of appointments of administrators.
Frank is also authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (non appointment taking) having passed the JIEB examinations in 2000. Frank holds the position of Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) on behalf of Isadore Goldman.
