Felicity is a senior finance lawyer, with experience advising on project finance and developing market structured finance transactions. She has a particular focus on the mining sector.

Felicity advises sponsors, banks, debt funds, DFIs/ECAs, traders and other alternative financiers on the structuring and execution of financing transactions.

She has also advised extensively on offtake, stream and royalty transactions in the metals and minerals sector, in relation to offtakes linked directly to financing arrangements, and on a stand-alone basis.
