Diana's practice covers a wide range of immigration, nationality and asylum law, with particular emphasis on complex nationality work, and Appendix FM and Article 8 applications and appeals for partners, children and parents. As part of her varied practice, Diana has successfully represented 'Windrush' clients, refugee children in France and Greece to reunite with family members in the UK, victims of transnational spouse abandonment and vulnerable children in local authority care.
