Career

Chris leads Clyde & Co's Safety, Health and Environmental Regulatory practice group. He is retained by several of the UK's largest companies to work with their Environment and Health and Safety (EHS) departments, not only to provide reactive incident related advice in the event of litigation, but also in respect of training and compliance.

His experience of heavy weight environmental litigation is significant; spanning largescale prosecutions such as the pollution related prosecutions following the Buncefield oil explosion, through to injunctive and judicial review cases involving the Environment Agency.
