Brendan specialises in the aviation sector, and regularly acts for lessors, airlines, ECAs, banks and financial institutions across a wide range of transformational debt financing, leasing, portfolio sales and acquisition, sale and leaseback, securitisation, ECA backed, and restructuring transactions.

Brendan also has extensive experience in the shipping sector advising lenders on a wide range of debt facilities, including revolving credit facilities, ECA supported transactions, JOLCOs, and syndicated vessel financings.
