Beverley draws on her experience from over thirty years in the law, as well as her time as a Commercial Director for a PLC and also as in-house lawyer. She describes herself as a problem solver, helping businesses to find solutions to difficult employment problems which often do not involve expensive and stressful litigation. Her experience is across the spectrum of employment issues, with particular emphasis on restrictive covenants and she has been involved in a number of High Court injunctions to enforce covenants on behalf of businesses.

She is an experienced advocate in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, Beverley has also taken cases as far as the Court of Appeal when required.
