Amy specialises supporting corporates, banks, asset-based lenders, funds, insolvency practitioners and creditors on all aspects of solvent and insolvent restructuring. Amy advises boards of underperforming companies on their statutory duties and acts for purchasers of distressed businesses on all aspects of their acquisition. Amy has significant technical experience in the ABL market, dealing with contentious issues arising out of insolvencies and has advised both customers and banks on alternative solutions to insolvency.

Amy has a sector specialism in supply chain distress issues, acting for customers and suppliers in the Aerospace and Automotive sectors in particular.
