Toni is a partner in the Employment team.

Toni’s practice predominantly covers the law surrounding the protection of business interests including team moves, confidential information, restrictive covenants and high value breach of contract and whistleblowing claims.

Toni has been described as “one of the best High Court litigators” and “one of the best in the business at injunctive work – very few solicitors have greater experience than him and strategically he is great”.

Toni is a CEDR accredited mediator and has acted as a mediator in a number of disputes.

He has worked with many international clients and is heavily involved in Ius Laboris, the Global Alliance of Human Resources Lawyers.
