Toby has handled a wide variety of contentious commercial and financial matters. His areas of expertise include: financial services and derivatives litigation, shareholder disputes, contentious trusts and probate matters, professional negligence and litigating over the terms of numerous commercial contracts (for example, distribution, share sale, asset purchase and option agreements). He has wide experience in arbitration, having represented ING Bank N.V. over the last four years in a series of LMAA arbitrations arising from the collapse of the OW Bunker business.
