Practice Areas

I am a Partner in the Leeds Personal Injury department. I head a team dealing with road traffic, work accident and public liability claims involving a wide variety of injuries and values. I also head the Personal Injury Professional Negligence team responsible for advising client in respect to claims against solicitors and barristers arising out of poorly/negligently handled personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

I am National Head of Road Traffic Crash claims and National Head of General Accident claims with national responsibility within the firm for the coordination of these areas of the Department with responsibility of training, business development and process and report to the PI National Executive. I am also National Head of Personal Injury Professional Negligence. I sit on the PI Department's Best Practice Group.

I am also Counsel Liaison for the Personal Injury Department responsible for managing the Department's relationship with counsel's chambers.
