Simon is typically working alongside property experts, whether developers, land promoters or experienced property managers. But he is also regularly called upon to support clients for whom property transactions are ancillary to their main organisational or business focus.

This includes being trusted to guide clients (such as agricultural landowners) engaging in development or promotion projects which are outside of their comfort zone.
