Shofiq advises on all aspects of UK corporate tax. He has deep experience of advising on corporate and financing transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, equity raisings, loans and bonds. He has also developed specialist expertise in handling and resolving complex tax disputes, enquiries and investigations. Throughout his work, he has acted for institutional investors, listed companies, funds, private companies and individuals.

He is recognised in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for tax litigation and investigations.
