He has advised sponsors, lenders and government entities in connection with the development and financing of large projects, as well as acquisitions and privatisations, with a focus on emerging markets, including anglophone and francophone Africa and the Middle East. Many of these transactions have involved major development finance institutions and export credit agencies.
