Rico specialises in claims involving commercial contract disputes, company disputes, insolvency disputes, high value debt recovery / enforcement, professional negligence claims and brand and reputation protection / defamation and harassment disputes.

Rico also advises clients on urgent injunction applications, such as freezing injunctions, anti-harassment, defamation and privacy injunctions. Rico has expertise in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including experience in international arbitration proceedings, ad-hoc arbitration proceedings and mediation.

Rico has a strong track record in successfully resolving a wide range of international and domestic litigation disputes, and regularly handles proceedings in the Chancery and Queen's Bench Divisions (including the Commercial Court) of the High Court, which are often complex, high value and include a multi-jurisdictional element.
