Richard has been involved with the financing of both second-hand and new-building vessels, acting for shipowners, banks and lessors worldwide. He has also acted for international banks and finance lessors in relation to the debt financing and lease restructuring of semi-submersible drilling rigs, drillships and FPSOs.
