Peter is a partner in the London Banking practice specialising in real estate finance in the UK and continental Europe. He acts for a wide range of clients with a particular focus on advising private equity funds and other financial sponsors on the financing of their real estate transactions.

He has broad experience on domestic and pan-European transactions including acquisition and development financings, senior and mezzanine structures, hotel and leisure sector financings and loan portfolio trades. Peter also has experience working on general lending transactions, leveraged finance acquisitions and restructurings.
