Nicola is the Head of the Regulatory team; responsible for a team of over 50 solicitors, barristers, legal assistants, paralegals and support whom advise individuals, organisations and regulatory bodies in all spheres. She has a substantial regulatory and professional discipline practice. Her focus is on healthcare regulation and in particular advising the Health and Care Professions Council for whom she has acted since 2003. She also has experience acting for the General Dental Council, Security Industry Authority and the National College for Teaching and Leadership and its predecessor bodies. She sits as a Clerk to the Professional Conduct Committee of the Architects Registration Board. Nicola is a solicitor advocate having obtained her Higher Rights of Audience in May 2007.
