Moira’s practice covers the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, with particular expertise in discrimination, whistleblowing and harassment issues in the workplace. She has specific strength in litigation. Moira also has deep expertise in advising on redundancy situations and issues arising from performance, sickness absence, misconduct and termination of employment.
