Jon 'handles matrimonial finance issues in the context of divorce cases, and is a skilled arbitrator and collaborative lawyer. In March 2013 Jon qualified as a Family Arbitrator and was admitted to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. This means that he is now qualified to arbitrate Family disputes between parties; he is a keen advocate of this process which is another form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
