Beth is a partner and head of the clinical negligence team. She works on a variety of cases to include, birth injuries, spinal injuries, delay in diagnosis and wrongful diagnosis, surgical errors, fatal accident cases to include stillbirths and neonatal deaths and psychiatric cases.

Beth has represented a number of parents who have suffered stillbirths or in cases of early neonatal deaths. Beth also regularly represents families at Inquests to include Inquests involving potential breaches of Human Rights.
