Adrian Kerr’s practice encompasses transactional work and contentious construction matters. He handles projects in a range of sectors including energy, hospitality and commercial property, offering particular expertise in the social housing sector.

He has experience acting and advising clients in Northern Ireland, England and Wales – working for funders, developers, pension funds, local authorities, universities, registered social landlords, land owners, contractors, sub-contractors, tenants and professional consultants

Adrian advises on drafting and negotiating construction documentation (both in published and bespoke form), including building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, sub-contracts, demolition contracts, and other associated construction documents.

Adrian has been involved in litigating, adjudicating and mediating in relation to a wide range of construction- and planning-related disputes and boasts significant experience in the energy, education, social housing, industrial, commercial, residential, agri-foods, retail, education, projects/PFI and utilities sectors.
