Career

Graeme Moore joined us as a professional indemnity partner in Belfast in 2015.

He represents major London insurers in claims involving architects, insurance brokers, surveyors, engineers and accountants. He frequently advises on issues of non-disclosure, late notification, and duty to cooperate.

He also advises insurers on professional indemnity cases with personal injury components and catastrophic injuries. He regularly acts in investigations and prosecutions by the Health & Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSENI).

Graeme’s expertise enables him to advise insurers about claims litigated in the Republic of Ireland.
