Practice Areas

Grace advises on all matters that arise upon a relationship breakdown; including divorce and separation and the associated financial and child related issues. She is also an accredited mediator.

Grace joined Stevens & Bolton in 2006 from another large regional firm and was promoted to Partner in 2022. She completed her mediation training in 2011 with Resolution and was accredited by the Family Mediation Council in 2017.

Grace has extensive experience in advising individuals contemplating separation and divorce, helping them to resolve the financial aspects and child arrangements that flow from that. Her cases often involve substantial financial assets held in the UK and abroad, including cases where there are trust interests. In addition she has experience advising on nuptial agreements and in relation to applications by parents wishing to move out of the country with their children. Grace regularly advises professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and their spouses/partners and other high-net-worth individuals.

Grace has been assisting both parties to address matters surrounding their separation within mediation for over ten years. Mediation can either take place in person or remotely or a combination of both. In 2021 Grace also became a hybrid mediator.
