George is a partner in our global transactions group and head of our insurance practice. He works with many of the best-known and most-respected insurers (life and non-life), consolidators, brokers, insurtechs and other firms throughout the sector. He has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide variety of complex legal issues and situations. These range from significant M&A transactions, business transfers and bancassurance and reinsurance arrangements to restructuring, regulatory, Lloyd’s and other advisory work. In addition to his insurance focus, George also has wide experience advising clients in other parts of the financial services sector.
