Eleanor is a Senior Associate in Lewis Silkin's Employment team and advises employees, partners and employers on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has specific experience and interest in advising senior executives within the financial and professional services sectors.

Eleanor advises on both Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court claims, including complex high-value team move disputes. She is also regularly engaged in dispute resolution through mediation. Eleanor has broad experience drafting and advising on various types of employment and partnership documentation, including partnership deeds, service agreements, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
