Dominic advises asset managers on the structuring and establishment of all types of private funds, including real estate, private equity, debt and other liquid and illiquid asset funds, as well as on joint ventures, segregated managed accounts, other investment arrangements and regulatory matters relating to the establishment and operation of funds.

He also has extensive experience advising development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds, supranational organisations and other institutional investors on their investments into a wide range of public and private funds and other bespoke investment structures.

Dominic is recognised by Chambers and Partners 2024 as Band 1 for Investor Representation (Investment Funds) and by Legal 500 UK 2024 as a "Next Generation Partner" in Real Estate Funds.
