Arshad has over 15 years’ experience in contentious pensions work and is senior counsel in our specialist litigation team. He has been involved in a number of reported Court decisions relating to construction of pension deeds, rectification, Court-approved compromises and professional negligence. He also has in-depth experience of a variety of cases before the Pensions Ombudsman, as well as the Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman regarding challenges to PPF levies.

He has additionally been involved in guiding clients through inquiries and whistle-blowing reports involving the Pensions Regulator, as well as regarding the Pensions Regulator’s powers to issue notices.
