Career

Anthony specialises in the avoidance and resolution of construction and infrastructure disputes, both in the UK and around the world. In the UK, he has considerable expertise in adjudication, expert determination and proceedings before the Technology and Construction Court. Internationally, he has been involved in numerous referrals to dispute boards and arbitration. He has conducted arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, ADCCAC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Anthony is a member of the committee of the Technology and Construction Solicitors' Association, and its adjudication sub-committee. He is a regular writer and speaker on construction law topics.
