Tony acts for both lenders and borrowers in relation to acquisition finance, property finance, invoice discounting, refinancing and restructuring. He has a broad range of experience in professional practice work which includes preparation of partnership agreements, admission of new partners and transfer of partnership shares, partnership disputes, LLP incorporation and drafting and retirement and dissolutions.

Tony works within GA’s specialist healthcare team and acts for a number of professional practices including GPs, vets, etc based across Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Recent experience includes advising a major clearing bank on a ?4million refinance and advising a bank and clients on a ?9million multi-site asset sale and refinance. He has a particular interest and experience in the healthcare sector.
