Practice Areas

Tom is a senior associate in the Litigation and Investigations team in London. He has experience in a wide range of multi-jurisdictional commercial and financial disputes before the English courts across a variety of sectors. Tom has a particularly interest in civil fraud, judgment enforcement and asset recovery and has worked on multiple cross-border enforcement matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Tom has acted for individuals in relation to investigations by both domestic and international regulatory authorities.

In 2018/19, Tom did a client secondment to the dispute resolution team at an international bank in London working on a wide range of contentious issues.

As well as being one of the firm’s mental health allies, Tom regularly advises at a pro-bono legal advice clinic in London in relation to a variety of issues.
