Has worked on some of the largest and most complex cross-border mergers worldwide; including various Phase II cases before the EC, the CMA and SAMR; also worked on cartel investigations in sectors such as window mountings, car components and fuel surcharge. Strong focus on private equity, advising leading firms in this sector on numerous deals; also represents clients across a range of additional industries, including metals, media, telecoms, technology, and financial services. Also advises on economic sanctions and other trade regulatory matters.
