Susana’s practice is focussed on litigation, investigations and contentious regulatory matters for clients in heavily regulated sectors.

She has a broad range of experience in litigation before the English Courts and other jurisdictions including proceedings involving general commercial litigation, finance litigation, mass tort and parent company liability claims, investment fraud and claims relating to breaches of competition law.

Her investigations practice spans a range of sectors and regulatory frameworks including finance and banking, mining, natural resources, and energy.

Susana was formerly a Managing Director at a global US-headquartered financial institution based in London responsible for litigation and contentious regulatory proceedings across EMEA.
