Stuart joined Hausfeld in 2021 to further strengthen its product liability practice. His areas of focus are consumer and product safety claims and environmental / climate change litigation – often with a personal injury aspect.

Recent cases have involved complex personal injury claims involving a range of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He also has experience of data protection claims, construction litigation and claims involving equality legislation.
