Stuart joined Birketts in 1999 as a trainee. He is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team.

Stuart deals with a wide range of commercial transactions, acting for landlords, tenants, funders and private individuals. In particular, Stuart routinely deals with the sale and purchase of large investment properties, high value leases and acts as a Project Manager on large scale refinancing and other projects.
