Steve Holmes leads Baker McKenzie's Technology & Communications practice in London. Steve’s practice focuses on drafting and negotiating major technology, outsourcing, telecommunications and digital transactions, acting for both customers and suppliers across a range of sectors. He advises clients on complex technology and outsourcing deals, such as involving cloud, licensing, systems integration, robotics, digital, data analytics, "as a service" and technology transformation. He advises and speaks on a range of technology and outsourcing issues and is a member of the SCL working group on outsourcing. He acts for a broad range of clients on outsourcing transactions. He also provides regulatory advice to clients operating in the technology and digital space.
